Steam Summer Sale 2021 top 10 selling games
The Steam Summer Sale is considered as one of the biggest sales on Steam and offers huge discounts on some of the most popular titles. Many gamers wait for sale like this to buy games that want to play. The Steam Summer Sale 2021 is live right now and due to this the top sellers list for this week has seen some big changes. Here’s a list of top 10 sellers from last week(i.e. from June 21 to June 27) according to SteamDB.

- Forza Horizon 4

Now you must be wondering why the list has Forza Horizon 4 mentioned twice, once on number 4 and once on number 9. The reason is because some games have multiple purchase option. Steam mentions them as duplicate app ids, instead of listing each package separately.
Basically, it means that Forza Horizon 4 has two purchase options and both of them are top sellers. We assume it’s the Standard Edition & the Deluxe Edition.
The #1 seller, i.e. Sea of Thieves is 33% off right now. The 33% discount does make the game affordable of course, but that alone isn’t the reason it has taken the number one spot. There is another reason. Sea of Thieves Season 3 recently went live on June 22, along with a big pirate crossover from Pirates of Caribbean. It is a collaboration with Disney, which bring Captain Jack Sparrow and a lot of new content to the game.
Compared to last week, from being on #9 now Sea of Thieves has reached #1 on the list. Another popular co-op multiplayer, It Takes Two went from being #5 last week to being #10 this week, while the Valve Index VR Kit dropped by 3 from being #3 last week to being #6 this week. These big changes surely are the result of the ongoing Steam Summer Sale.
The Steam Summer Sale kicked off few days ago on June 24 and will go on until July 8. Make sure you grab your favorite titles at a discounted price before the sale ends.
