Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Spirits All Set to Get Added to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is a crossover video game that belongs to the genre of fighting. The game works in both single-player and multiplayer mode. The developer, Bandai Namco Studious Sora Ltd., has announced the launch of a new spirit board. The new spirit event would feature characters from Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity was released in November 2020 by Nintendo Co. Ltd. It is a hack-and-slash online video game. The game has single-player and multiplayer modes. The recent success and popularity of the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity led to the inclusion of all iconic characters into this game.
If you are a regular player of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, you will know about the spirits in this game. The spirits here are considered collectibles. There are more than 1,400 spirits in SSBU. Players can collect these on the spirit boards.
The team of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate took to Twitter on January 6th, 2021. According to the official announcement, the new spirit event is prepared to begin its journey from January 8th, 2021. It will continue for five days.
The Twitter post did not mention the name of the spirits that will be featured during the event. However, the artwork accompanying the post includes three notable Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity characters. They are Terrako, Sooga, and Young Impa. Fans have come to believe that these three characters would be the new collectible spirits.

Following the announcement, there were two official posts. These new posts highlighted the spirit cards of Young Impa and Terrako. They also confirmed what the fans had speculated. Each card states in detail the class, skill, and type of a particular spirit. The cards also mention which playable characters of the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate are matched up with whom.
While Sheik has been paired with Young Impa, ROB has been partnered with Terrako. The spirit card of Sooga, however, remains to receive a post on social media platforms. This might mean that the character will play a big role in the upcoming event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
