The Escapists is free this week on the Epic Games Store
As part of the weekly free games, Epic Games offers, this week’s free game on the store is The Escapists. The game went free yesterday, September 23, and will be available till September 30, 8:30 PM IST. You will have to add the game to your library before it to be able to play it.
The Escapists is a single-player strategy-based prison escape game developed by Mouldy Toof Studios and published by Team17. The game involves crafting items and staying low as you are planning your escape.
The game was planned to go free this week but Epic accidentally made it free last week, then had to take it down. So if you had added the game to your library last week, you will already have it in your library.
Steps:
1. Just visit the Epic Games Store and you’ll find the game in the ‘Free Games‘ section. or you can visit here.
2. Click on ‘GET‘ (You will be prompted to log in if you haven’t already)
3. Click on ‘Place Order‘, and proceed.
Now the game will be added to your Epic Games library and you will be able to access it anytime.
You can only get the game for free if you add it to your library before September 30, 8:30 PM IST.
You can also get the Santa’s Sweatshop add-on DLC for the game for free. Just check the “Add-Ons” section on the game’s page.
The next free game on the store has been revealed, and it will be Europa Universalis IV. It is a strategy video game that focuses on war, diplomacy, trade, etc.
